Bristol Pride 2022
2022 saw the return of Bristol Pride after a hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The pride march started in Castle Park in the city centre, and proceeded via Broadmead and Baldwin Street towards the harbourside. The parade was led by the Lord Mayor of Bristol Councillor Paula O’Rourke, Daryn Carter the Director of Bristol Pride, and Trans Pride South West.
The gallery below showcases selected photos from the pride march.

A sign saying 'non-binary people don't owe you androgyny', alluding to the fact that a person's gender identity can be expressed in any way they wish.

A protest sign saying 'ask me how to HRT without GIC' alluding to the fact that many trans people don't have access to healthcare, or have to wait years, at Gender Identity Clinics.
